Vanda Orchids

Vanda is a genus of the family orchidaceae. Vandals are easy to maintain and can bloom for one to three months. Vandals in pots should be potted in coarse charcoal or in wood bark as their roots require ample air. Light is a key factor for growing healthy orchids. However direct sunlight may cause plants to burn and too little light may prevent plants from flowering. If potted, vandas can be watered thrice a week.
